Please note: Our Pet Cam’s currently only work with Internet Explorer. We are currently working hard to upgrade our software, giving you Pet Cam access with additional browsers.

Step 1: Open up Internet Explorer

Step 2: Go to the View my Pet page

Step 3: Install the Pet Cam Player

• A message will appear on the bottom of Internet Explorer, asking you to install the following add-on “Watchnet Web Client from ‘Videon Digital Technologies Limited.”

• Click the “INSTALL” button to the right. When you are prompted again, click “ACCEPT.”

Step 4: Start the Pet Cam Player

Step 5: Connect to your Pet Cam
